Our models are made from high-quality acetate, a noble and durable material that provides a flawless finish. This material not only offers strength but also allows for vibrant and unique designs that reflect the essence of our brand Fiction Sun®.

Our glasses are category 3, which means the lenses filter a significant amount of visible light, making them suitable for general outdoor use. They are designed to protect the eyes in moderate to strong sunlight conditions, such as when walking, driving, or being outdoors. Additionally, they are polarized.

Yes, they are UV400, which means they provide full protection against UVA and UVB rays, safeguarding your eyes from the effects of the sun.

Yes, all of our models are polarized. Polarized lenses reduce glare caused by reflective surfaces like water or roads, improving visibility and reducing eye fatigue. Additionally, they offer better protection against sun damage, providing a more comfortable and safer outdoor experience.
It's important to note that when using polarized lenses, viewing screens (such as those on phones or computers) may appear slightly different, but this is not harmful.

Yes, our glasses have a coating that helps protect against scratches under normal usage conditions. However, like any product, they can get scratched if dropped from a great height, subjected to strong impacts, or used in extreme situations. We recommend taking proper care of them and storing them in their case to extend their lifespan.

Each order includes a pair of glasses, a premium protective case, a cleaning cloth and an instruction manual on how to care for your glasses.

All of our glasses comply with current safety regulations, including the CE certification according to the (EU) 2016/425 personal protective equipment (PPE) regulation and the EN ISO 12311:2013 and EN ISO 12312-1:2022 standards, ensuring that our products meet the quality and safety standards set by the European Union.

Orders and Shipping

At the moment, we only deliver to the following countries within the European Union:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain*, Estonia, Finland, France*, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy*, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal*, Romania, and Sweden.

*With exceptions in certain regions:

Spain: We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

Portugal: We do not ship to the Azores or Madeira Islands.

France: We do not ship to overseas territories, including Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélemy, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna, and Saint Pierre and Miquelon.

Italy: We do not ship to any islands.

All orders enjoy free shipping, except in *Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, where, at the moment, we do not offer shipping. Home delivery is made within 2 to 3 days from the moment of shipment. Shipments are only made on business days.

We ship to most countries within the European Union with UPS International. The estimated delivery time is between 2 and 8 business days, depending on the destination country. The shipping fee varies by country and is automatically calculated during the checkout process.

If any issues or unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond our control, we will keep you informed and you will be able to track the status of your shipment at all times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Just click it and you’ll be taken directly to the carrier’s tracking page.

You can also enter your tracking number on our website in the “Track My Order” section.

Once the order has been accepted by our system, it cannot be automatically canceled. However, if it has not been shipped yet, it is possible to refund the amount.

If the order was placed by mistake or for any justifiable reason, please contact us as soon as possible at contacto @ fictionsunwear.com. We will do our best to offer you the best solution.

Returns and Warranty

Yes, all of our products come with a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers any manufacturing or functional defects. If the product shows a defect covered by the warranty, you may request a replacement—provided it is in stock—or a refund, as applicable, as long as it complies with our terms and conditions of use.

To make a return, go to your user menu and select the "Order history and details" tab. Click on Details (or the magnifying glass if you're on mobile) next to the order you want to return. You’ll see all the product information below. Check the box for the product you wish to return. Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with the next steps. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

You can request a refund in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect: If the product has a manufacturing or functional defect, you may request a refund, as long as it complies with our terms and conditions.

Right of withdrawal: You may exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products.

Payments and Security

We accept payments with major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you're using an Apple device, you can also pay with Apple Pay. Additionally, we offer the option to pay with Google Pay, as well as PayPal, PayPal Later and Klarna. All payments on our website are securely processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which encrypts your information to protect your personal data and ensure safe transactions.
